grillo 350 basic powerd dumper

hello,
i recentley aquired a grillo 350 basic and am seaching for parts.when the tranny is placed in gear there is a hesitation when it engages once it locks in it is dam near unstoppable .There are times when it works fine ,other times it takes maybe 10 seconds.i fear the tranny is slipping.i read it is hydrostatic suprisingly it seems like such a basic machine. any thoughts or help ? parts anywhere in u.s or abroad?

Do you have a manual? It mentions using the clutch.
