Grill guards and tooth bar

The new Miller 185 wire feed is a great machine and makes you look like a pro. I fabricated the guards for a TC 55 DA and a Deere 4110. The tooth bar was built for a New Holland TC 45 D and remodeled to fit the 55. I used alot of small steel pieces left over from another job. Now all I need is a larger steel budget for additional projects. Keep posting those great ideas !

Nice looking job, but I hope that you are going to put some crusher screen over that grill guard. You sure don't need a stick in the grill.

My thoughts exactly. I bought the John Deere grill guard with the tractor and then attached a medium weight expanded mesh to it to keep sticks from coming through. It's saved my grill many times.

Other than that that tractor is way too clean.

It is a nice looking tractor . To bad it never gets to go outside to play and get muddy.

I welded some fasteners inside the tubing before capping the ends. I have some steel grating but I was on the look out for some stainless to give it a little glitter to go with the high polish blue paint . A custom cover is probably next.

This is the first tractor I ordered with my pick of options. It won't see mud til spring. I'm just enjoying the view.
