Great dealer service on my BX2350

Wanted to share a great 50 hour service experience on my BX2350 at Pinnacleview Equipment in Walpole,NH. I've read some unhappy stories on list about dealers, so thought I'd share one about service done right.

My BX is an early '06, and while I didn't have any problem I wanted to get the fender cracking issue squared away before the two year warranty ran out. Called my dealer, and it was "no problem" to get the fender kit, battery screen replacement and the new seat -- all done at no charge under warranty. So my machine's now the equal of the '08s and I'm one happy Kubota customer.

And for those wondering about the cost of the 50 hour service, mine was $239 including pick-up and drop-off.

I got my bx from Pinnacleview and had good luck with them. When I needed a new seat I just called Mike Snide and he said to come and get it with no charge.The only thing I could find that was over looked in prep would have been the spindles were not full of grease on the mower. That said, They have always been more than fair and they go out of there way to help you out, Even if it means moving up the delivery date do to a snowstorm!
