Tractor
Kubota LT12501
I acquired my Kubota in TX several years ago. it seems that it was never meant to be in US by Kubota The dealers will not acknowledge its existance.. a 4wheel drive, 2 cyl 4 gear + hi low in the tran and a hi / lo in the rear sturdy little beast. My attachments from the same source are American - Howes for the mower and blade, Great Bend on the loader. As no shop manual or dealer info I've had to make do with my own modifications to the electrical system to keep it operating Toyota Alternator and what ever works International bearing # to replace and rebuild the front axle parts. Any body else in a similar situation? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

There is a ‘Gray Market Tractor’ discussion group on this site…
It would seem that many if not all ‘Gray’ tractors have a very close US model… Find out what model matches yours and go with that. There are many rationalizations as to why a Kubota dealer ‘can not’ recognize your model… but for the most part… it is just …
Check the Gray discussion group, Google your model number and you should not have insurmountable problems /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif. KennyV.

I had an L2201. This is the equivalent of the L245.
Dealer wouldn't sell me parts for the L2201, but he would sell anything for an L245.
There are web sites that will help you determine the american equivalent to your grey market model.
