I started my Gravely up and moved it about three feet, when it shut off. Turns out I forgot to open the valve on the gas tank. I opened the valve and went to start it again. It turned over a couple of time and then nothing. After pushing the starter button a few times, I touched the starter motor and it was getting hot. Is my foot switch shorting out or do you think the starter might be going bad? Any advice appreciated.
