Looking for input for this model I am considering buying.
2011 Pro Turn 148 with 100 hour service by dealer just done. The man bought it new to get into the commercial business and it didn't work out. He just used it to cut his own medium size yard since he bought it.
It has the Kawasaki FX691V - 24.0.
Appears to have almost no wear but is paint faded and the seat has some weather exposure cracks in it. It has been kept out doors for alot of it's life but otherwise looks good. He has a small single axle factory built trailer to go with it that was set up to carry lawn stuff.
I am sure the hours are honest as the dealer that serviced it recorded 94 hours at the time. I am not sure how the hour meter works because it just flashes service filter and shows 100 hours on it right now. The owner doesn't know why it's doing this. The only thing that has gone wrong on it is a main belt drive spindle that was just dealer replaced back in the spring when he had the 100 hour service done.
He agreed to sell both the mower and the trailer for 5000.00.
Any input on if this is a good deal and if you know anything about the hour meter behavior would be appreciated.
