Grasshopper mower, 725K with 1700hrs?

I've been in the market for a cheaper zero turn. I've found a Grasshopper 725K with around 1700hrs on it in good shape for $2000. Pictures look good, havent gone on a test drive yet. I know the cut quality of the Grasshoppers is supposed to be very good, and that they are solid machines.

My concern is 1700hrs on a zero turn mower. I'd not worry about 1700hrs on a Kubota BX for example, but a gasoline powered hydro drive mower is a different story.

Question is how concerned would you be about the hours, is it even worth a look?

Assuming it is liquid cooled and I'm pretty sure it is.. I wouldn't let the hours scare me. Especially if there is any sign that it was maintained (i.e. looks clean and the owner gives your assurance of oil changes etc.)

What motor? Is it a Kubota gas or the Kohler. If it is the Kubota Gas I would not hesitate one bit to buy it. I have heard of even the gas Kubotas going over 3k hours.

Not even sure if they made an air cooled in the 725K but if it is air cooled I would pass on it. That is to many hours on an air cooled engine IMO. Liquid cooled.. your good.
