I'm seriously looking at one of these with a MMM. Does anyone know if I can add a grass catcher on the 3 pt. I see that JD has one, but haven't seen an such thing for the NH. I could settle for a pull behind by Agri-Fab, but I would rather have something on the tractor itself.
Also, can I get an extra SCV for the mower, to free up the 3 pt?

I think the answer would be no for the TC35 since it only has a rear discharge option for the 84" MMM. You would need to get a trailer mounted sweeper/broom type MCS for this unit.

The TC33 has a side-discharge option for the 60" and 72" MMM units, which means you could use a Material Collection System (MCS) with one of these units.

I don't think NH makes or OEMs a NH brand MCS so you would need to buy an after-market unit. They make after-market MCSs for the 3PH.

Before investing the money into a MCS, I would try a rear-discharge MMM unit without one. Many people I have talked to have said the rear-discharge MMM units mulch the grass to the point where it is difficult to see on the lawn. Thereby negating the need for a MCS.

The NH MMM units use 3PH linkage to raise/lower the deck. You can free up the 3PH by pinning up the deck. This allows you to use the 3PH without affecting the MMM. The MMM stays locked in the up position.

JD is the only CUT that I know of that uses an SCV for raising/lowering the MMM unit. Most all others use the 3PH linkage.
