I want to add a root grapple to my 990 johndeere front end loader, does anybody has experience with a scv multiplier valve?

Yes. They are more commonly called (here on TBN anyway) "diverter" valves. You can buy a "kit" from WR Long or you can build your own setup like many here (including myself) have done, either way, you are looking at $500+.
