I want to put a grapple bucket on my loader, and I
I want it to attach to my quick disconnect bucket(551),when asking store theta mentioned running hydraulic lines from the rear of my tractor. Has anyone done this,do you have any pictures or comments? Thank You

Please search these terms, then come back with specific questions. Not trying to blow you off, but there are HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of grapple threads!

Search TBN for "grapple" and "rear remote" together. There are lots of posts telling you how to do it.

Basically you just need to 1) take a hose and measure where the hydraulic lines will go from rear remote over rear axle under operator station, up left FEL post and along the FEL arm to middle of the torque tube. Be generous especially at 90 degree bends to allow the change of direction without kinking the hoses. Take your measurement and either go to a local hydraulic supplier, your dealer or order on line. I'd suggest 3/8 inch hoses with NPT fittings on both sides. 2) Get your new grapple attached to the bucket and get 3/8 inch Pioneer style quick connects for the grapple. Get complementary quick connects for the grapple side of the two hoses and two male connectors to fit the rear remotes. Double check on the fitting size (I'm drawing a blank, either 3/8 or 1/2 inch quick connects). 4) Thread the hoses under the tractor to the FEL securing it as best you can to keep it from being snagged by brush. Securing with zip ties works well. 5) ideally you should have a fitting welded on your torque tube to terminate the hoses and install the quick connects. I was lazy with my first tractor and just zip tied the long hoses to the torque tube (worked fine for two years). 6) attach all the quick connects to the NPT fittings will a little teflon paste or tape. 7) connect the appropriate quick connects together and you are pretty much ready to go. Just control the grapple with the rear remote controller. Probably no need to add hydraulic fluid but you should check the level after you have cycled the grapple a few times.

that is about all there is to it. Only real decisions are related to what size hose and fittings. Multiple correct answers but they do have to match up appropriately. As noted, I would probably choose 3/8 hose and appropriate fittings but 1/4 will work (and is frequenly found on grapples) and 1/2 inch will also work and is tough but is overkill for a grapple.
