Grader blade with tilt?

I知 having trouble finding a 5 grader blade that will tilt - is it because everyone is tilting them with their lower links on the 3 point? I知 wanting to dig a ditch for my roads with a smaller tractor. I know my grandpas 8 blade tilts (and I知 talking about lowering one edge, not spinning the blade closer/further to one tire.

They ship outside their 1000 mile "free shipping" distance every day.
If you are just barely outside, they may ship for free anyway, if not, they will likely charge only a very little bit for the distance beyond 1000 miles.

Do understand that they only ship to the nearest freight terminal, or a business address, for free.
Shipping to your residence is much more expensive.

Their "6 Way Scrape Blade is worth every penny"!
