got a new tractor and a few q\'s- my hydro sticks

I have a new B7510 Hst that just got delivered. I have put 4 hours on it. Let me tell you...they were the best four hours...it didn't even feel like work.....but any way onto the question

it seems like sometimes when i start the tractor I push in the clutch all the way in.....and the gear doesn't want to go into L so I have to let the clutch out...i step on the brake, lift the bucket, step on the forward pedal, and then push in the clutch and then it may go into Low...sometimes....I may have try all kinds of different things before it will go into Low...what am I doing wrong. It seems like my tractor sticks and doesnt want to go into gear.....when i stop i always put it into Nuetral and then it has a hard time going back into Low...is this normal for a new tractor?

I also heard (or read) about a Kubota work light.....where would i learn about stuff like that....i looked on the kubota web site but no such luck. I'm thinking about adding some lights to my canapy.....have seen lots of posts about the project....just trying to see what a kubota light looks like.

As far as getting it to shift into a particular range, read this thread and the answer for your tractor is the same.

As far as the work lights, your dealer will have prices, etc., but you can buy lights a lot cheaper at lots of places and you'll find a wire with a connector on the end under the seat to hook up to. It's an already fused circuit that's only "hot" when the key is turned on. I got my lights and a toggle switch at Northern Tool and put one to the front; one to the rear on my canopy.

thanks....that will help. with the cost of tractors i just wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem.
