Goodbye Humvee, hello MXT-MV

I want one!!! Looks like International truck is going to give Humvee a run for the money. Available in civilian and military versions. Civilian model has a 14,500 pound GWVR and the military model has a 18,500 pound GWVR to accomodate armor.

If I bought one I think I would want the mil spec one with full armor. You would need something to protect you from all the idiot's running you off the road while they gawked at it.

it says it uses the VT365 motor ...aka 6.0L that Ford has had so much trouble with ..... too bad .... but an Allison tranny ... too good ... I'd sure like to look at one up close and personal.........

That F650 is a REAL pickem-up truck. I imagine the 6.0 in the MXT will go away when the 6.4 hits the market

The 6.0L is made by International for Ford. Also, International has been using this engine for some time now but it is different then the Ford version as I don't think International has had to worry about the restrictions like Ford does as their vehicles are for different markets.

But that Ford is far superior to the GM 6.5 that Hummer uses. And Hummer puts in a Ford Escort steering column with Ford keys. Go figure!

Looks like a modified version of what RV'ers have been pulling there 5th wheels around for years. Very nice and very pricey!!!!
