Price Check Good Price??

Just want to ask you all. I am looking at a 2008 DK45 hydro with 408 hours. It has 3 extra valves in rear. Top & Tilt, hydronic box scraper & canopy. extra valve in front also. The guy is asking $18900. Is this about what it's worth. High? Low? Thanks
