Price Check Good Price On 4110 TLB?

Hello,

I called my local JD dealer and he faxed me a quote:

JD 4110 hydro, industrial tires, loader, hoe, loaded tires, grill guard, ballast box, work light and block heater for $20, 743.

I was just wondering if this was ball park to what you guys are paying.

Sounds pretty good to me. It's the same machine I have, although I didn't get the tires filled.

Make sure he has included the tall folding ROPS.

March of '04 I paid $21,437 for my 4115 set-up the same way. I don't know how much prices have gone up over the last 10 months however...

It would be helpful if you filled in your bio with where you live (at least generally). Prices can vary quite a bit around the country (assuming you are in the US). Perhaps someone who lives in the same area could chime in then.

What loader is on that and what backhoe? What year?

410 loader. 46 backhoe. Brand new. I don't know if it is a 2004 leftover or a 2005.

I can't tell if the tractor is 4wd or if tax is included but if so it soulds reasonable.

Is there anything I did not have quoted that I should have? I am going to be moving stumps and rocks, spreading gravel, loam and mulch, digging a small pond and hauling out 1-2 cords of firewood. I will also be pushing snowbanks back for myself and two neighbors. Should I get chains with R4 tires?

Oh, yes. The 46 back hoe comes with a 9" hoe bucket. I would recommend going to the 13" for digging stumps. The 9" doesn't have teeth and is really for trenching more than anything else.
Also, tell them to weld on some bucket hooks for you if you're not a welder.

They should do both these things for no extra cost.

You may get a good deal on an I-Match if it's part of the tractor purchase.
