Good operating RPM? DK 5510

So with this newer tier 4 motor, and high output for its size, what's a good operating RPM? If it's producing max output at 2600 RPM, but I don't need max output, is there a sweet spot that the tractor likes? 2000RPM? 2200 RPM? Is there a minimum that this motor prefers?

The tach will usually have a mark for where the RPM is right for PTO operation. Close to there is where you should operate PTO-driven implements. Otherwise, the use will determine how many RPM are approriate...if your tractor is a hydro trans, then you'll always need higher minimum working RPM than I might get away with in my 12X12 gear DK45.
I don't know if the DK5510 has an average RPM range that optimizes its longevity or stretches maintenance intervals or whether these considerations are even part of your question...

Idling and putting around will bung up a particulate filter equipped engine. Any diesel should be kept at rpms between peak torque and peak HP . And worked but not lugged .
We would know more if we knew the make and model, todays blizzard is obscuring my crystal ball.

Yes, wondering about when I'm not running pto attachments, what rpm is going to be best for this motor when doing light work. Kioti DK5510 2015 or newer.

When doing light work I see no reason to go over 1,800 to 2,000 rpm my last tractor with hst with 4,500 hrs. on it ran strong and never burned any oil. I'm running the one I have now the same way any where from around 1,800 to max. rpm depending on the situation.

I am waiting on a NX5510 to be delivered but when I was talking to a Kioti dealer about it - he said they were told to keep it above 1600 rpm to keep it from needing to regen the dpf very often. I'm not sure how accurate the information is, just passing it along.
