My first thought would be to sand it down a little. Another thought is, is the little ball symmetrical. Otherwise will it only go on in one direction? Try this, try pushing from different angles. Last resort or first is to call the manufacture

Any idea which hose from power beyond goes to which input port?

PB has two hoses, one supply one return.

Valve has numerous ports, but most have steel plugs in them. There are two large ones two ports with plastic plugs, that appear to be the correct ones.

One of the ones with the plastic plugs is labeled P2 one is labeled T2. Any idea which one goes to which hose? or does it matter?

Re-read what I posted above...

The Supply line goes to the IN of the new valve-labeled P2
The return goes to the OUT of the valve-labeled T2

Kenny, sorry about asking the same question twice, I missed the part in the middle some how.

Sent an email to SC tech department asking them about the cable ends, but wont get an answer before Monday.

BP is missing two fittings so I cant install that either, untill they come in.
