Buying Advice Good deal on L4310???

I'm thinking seriously about driving 200 miles to buy a Kubota L4310 today. It is 8 years old and has 1110 hours. It has R4 tires I think he said, Industrial instead of agricultural tires which he says are a heavier duty tire. They want $$9,850 for it. He says it came of a plantation and was used primarily for bush hogging, never pulled a plow. It will cost me a $200 in gas to drive there and back. Do you think it is a good deal. It is at Southside Equipment in Milledgeville Ga.

I would think a good price for a very good tractor;at least that model.Condition/service records are everything on a used tractor.I assume it doesn't have a FEL for that price.
