Good deal on a TC40?

Stopped and looked a TC40 w/16LA loader. The dealer wanted $20,225.00. They wanted $19,025.00 for the TC35 and $15,000 for the TC30. Each of these tractors come with loaders, 4wd, and is a geared machine.

He offered a rent to own plan too. You pay %5 of the total cost each month, for up to 9 months. Then at any time you can buy the tractor and the entire rent money goes to the tractor.
