Good deal on a 2003 Century 2028?

I'm hoping someone can confirm that I got a good deal on a 2003 Century 2028. It has 218 hours, has been garage kept and was used to mow a 6 acre yard. It came with a like new 5 ft finish mower and is super clean. You might mistake it for new if it didn't have a few scratches on it. Anyway....I paid $5000 for it. From what I've seen...I don't think I could get a much better rig for that kind of money.

Does anyone know where I can get a manual for it?

Will I have problems getting parts or service on it?

Sounds like a good deal. I'm sure you'll be happy with this machine. What do you plan to use it for?

Unfortunatley the Century brand is no more. However, these machines are nearly identical to Branson tractors ( Branson Tractors - Home ), the OEM being Kukje Mfg. in South Korea (Kukje Machinery Co., Ltd. - Tractor, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter, Diesel Engine ). Branson can supply many of the parts for the tractor. You don't mention if you machine has a front end loader (FEL). If it does, it might be the from the Czech manufacturer HUMPOLECKﾉ STROJ�RNY HUMPOLEC A.S. ( Humpoleck strojrny Humpolec a.s.- home ).

Mostly mowing, but I will need to grade the road and do some occasional dirt work.

I'm tickled. It appears to be capable of doing everything I need it to.

Now if I only had a FEL!

Have friends with that tractor. What a good deal. Even if you put a $3000 loader on it, that is only $8K. Really good buy. Yup, it is a Branson of another decal.

I just acquired a century 2035 with an fel. CHEAP but it definetly needs a head. anyone got a line on one? I only gave a grand for the tractor. you undoubtedly got a great deal on your 2028.
