If you plan on a lot of FEL work, get the Hydro!

I'd get the hydro for anything except doing a lot of field work like row cropping or hay.

Really like the cab...when the ac was turned on high..it will blow your hair around and blows cold. I drove both the hydro and the gear....like both of them. I didnt really like where the foot throttle was on the gear. Felt like I was having to rotate my foot to get to it. The hydro was supper quiet compaire to my old Mahindra. Had the dealer explain the regen process a little and he said we gonna have to get use to it. He said the best thing it run it at a higher rpm like 1800 and higher. He said they dont.build enough heat idling to burn it off. Now I need to decide on tires. He had.one with ag tires and I like those. They are not dinky little ones. It looked good..but I dont want to tear up the yard.

Did you buy one gphil12873? My 4046 with ag tires is at the dealer waiting for me to pick up (hopefully this Saturday). If you're planning to use it in the yard, I'd avoid ag tires and go for R4's. I'll be using mine for brush hogging, tilling and some loader work on the farm so I went with R1's.

Not yet. I was waiting on one dealer to get back with me but havent herd from him. Been 3 days. Give him the rest of the day. The one I will probably order it from said he could get on in a week or so. Thats what all the dealers told me take about a week to get it. They must have a hub or a holding lot somehwere close to me.
