After I backed tractor off trailer got to where I park it and glow light came on. Seems odd. Never had it come on after it started.
The Bobcat must be wired a little different than Kioti. The lamp will illuminate whenever power is sent to the Glow plug relay. All of the Bobcats have post glow built into the timer relay, will have post glow for a few seconds after start up unless engine coolant is well over 85F. Light should not stay on for 5 minutes.
They must be somewhat different, as the Kioti will also post-glow, but the light will not illuminate when this is occurring.
So my thoughts would be if the glow lamp is wired on to the output of the 70 amp glow relay on the Bobcat's and indicate the actual state of the relay (which in my opinion is the way it should work in the first place) Then I would replace that relay, as the contacts may be "sticking". The only way to know for sure is of course to measure the coil voltage to see if it is energized or is it just the contacts are sticky.
