Getting clutch back in LK3054

I had to split my LK3054 again. Adjusted the set bolts for the PTO clutch. I'm trying for the second time to put back together...first time was to replace the drive clutchplate. When I put it back together the first time (just a week or so ago) I slid the clutch assembly and the PTO clutch up up on the splines then pushed the tractor back together and reached through the opening where the steering wheel bolts on to bolt it up to the flywheel. Not having any luck doing it this way this time. So, I bolted it on the flywheel and can't get the splines to go in.
Is there a such thing as a line up tool for this tractor?
Or what other advice could anyone give?

I'm going to guess you bought your parts from your local dealer... If so the service dept may have a clutch alignment tool they would lend you... if not check at your auto parts supplier, there you will find (plastic) universal alignment kits for around $10... Should be able to get them close enough, but with 2 clutch disks to get right, it will be a little tricky. KennyV
