Gear shift

My gear shift just gludes through the H-M-L. What is the problem? Did the pin spring break that connects the Levershift Arm to a shaft? Also, not sure what gear im in for sure, im thinking Medium based on speed.

Usually I get a flashlight and look at the linkages before posting on a user group. Look up the parts assembly online. Take a pic with your smart phone and post it with a specific question.
