Rear Finish Mower Gear box replacement- Rhino Whirlwind

Stripped a gear on the Rhino finish mower, model WW60. It is easier to replace the whole box than rebuild it, but no one seems to recognize the WW (Whirlwind) model. Will the current production models fit? They sure look like they would. Can't remember the current model name at the moment but it's the one that always comes up if you look for a gear box. Thanks.

I'm not sure how replacing an entire gearbox is better than replacing a busted gear. But here is a link to the Whirlwind owner's manual. You can call Servis/Rhino and they can give you the correct replacement gearbox part number.

Well it's actually more than the gear. The bearing went too, and the clips and whatever. I just figured once you get to more than 1 or 2 parts, the whole thing would be easier to deal with cause you don't have to figure out what parts are Ok and which not, or how to put it all back together. But I wonder why we could not find this link when searching? Or maybe nobody at Rhino had the answer. Thanks.
