G'day from Australia, warranty question ?

I have finally decided to purchase an Enfly DQ554 4wd tractor with 4 in 1 FEL.
I have spent months researching all types of second hand and new machines and have decided to buy the Enfly ( against non Chinese believers recommendations ).
I have test driven a 40hp Enfly purchased by a Bloke in 2012. He loves it and I was impressed as well.
The option on warranty is either 5 years parts only or 1 year labour + 3 years parts.
As I was once a Mechanic, I am leaning towards the 5 year parts warranty.
Any advice is appreciated.

As a personal choice I would go with the 1 year full warranty plus 3 years parts warranty. Normally if any big is going to break on a new tractor it happens in the first year and you have full cover but more importantly there are dealers in Chinese Tractors who send tractors out to customers without pre-delivery inspections. If you get stuck with a lemon and have only a parts warranty it can be a lot of heart ache just trying to get the tractor working at all. Ask me how I know this??? Took me 18months of legal action to get a refund.

I have read about some of your dramas and that is why I went for a different brand.
I just agreed to the 5 year parts before I saw your post, maybe I can change it.
I should have the tractor in a few days and have a fair bit of slashing and scrub clearing to do so if it is a lemon it won't take me long to find out.
