gc2300 hyd. filter

DOES ANYONE HAVE A VALID CROSS CHECK NUMBER FOR THE HYD FILTER ON A MASSEY 2300? THERE HAS TO BE MANY. THANX

I think the MF filter is fine - only gets replaced every 300 hours. The price is a little high - but if you have warranty problem your covered. Just finished my first 50 hr. hyd/oil change.

Let me say this about aftermarket hydro filters . Had a firend cross his filter to an aftermarket filter and after all was said and done , the tractor would not move after the filter change. Went and got an exchange and the same thing happened again. Took that filter back,got the correct filter from the dealer , put it on and everything was fine. Wasted about a half gallon of fluid along with lost time driving back and forth. Dont know if it was the brand of filter or not but the factory part was fine.........
