For any of you GC1710 owners.... I think my hydraulics are a little weak/sluggish. My question is
will your front end loader lift the front wheels of the tractor off the ground without using the curl function to do it??
Mine won't do it, but can by curling the bucket down.
Thanks,

It's possible by lowering your bucket to full downward extension your hydraulic cylinders are hitting their limits before your front end lifts. By curling your bucket away you gain just enough additional height to lift.

Just a simple thought here:

If the joy stick is pushed to far forward, so that the float position is engaged then your wheels will never be lifted off of the ground.

My GC2410 still lifts the wheels off of the ground without the curl function, but it does it best with just a little more RPM's.

I can using the lift cylinders to lift the tractor off the ground but never attempted it with the curl cylinders. My GC1710 can lift the front off the ground handily.

Should be able to lift front end at idle. Check to make sure all you quick connecters are clean and clear of debris. Also is it screaming a little like straining? Could be pressure relief valve.
