gas international harvest 434 oil needs

I just got a manual for my tractor and I had some questions about the oil types. Manual says 1) Engine, crankcase SAE 20 2) transmission ,PTO, Differential SAE 90 3) Hydraulics system SAE 20 4) PTO gearbox SAE 90. I am seeing at Princess Auto (Canada) TGH Hydraulic oil, TGH shell Hydraulic oil, Semi Synthetic TGH, PAL Hydraulic oil all season 32, PAL Hydraulic oil 46.
I have a bucket and live PTO. It is a gas , 434 international around 1971.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I am trying to work out my shifting issues and want to make sure all my oil is clean and proper. Thanks

hard to beat a 15w40, though a 10w30 or even a 5w something if in coldcoldcold.

hyds undoubtedly need a utf oil. your call on the gear oil applications.

Where did you get the manual from? Could you advice me where to get one please?
