Ok, so I was looking at the Kubota L2800 and B3200. However, I think I might be going too big. I'm afraid that these two tractors might be overkill for my 1/4 acre garden. Thoughts?

On the other hand, I have a good deal of landscaping, earth moving, and rock/boulder moving to do as well as working on 10 acres of mostly woods that I need to pull fallen trees from, clear portions, and take a few more trees. My property is roughly 10 acres, slightly hilly, and clay soil.

So, is the B3200 or L2800 the right fit, with and FEL, or should I be looking at something smaller (and/or another tractor). Thanks in advance for the help!

I guess my first question is what are you planning on doing in the garden with the tractor besides tilling? The other chores that you list seem to warrant the tractors that you are looking at. I just used my B2620 to break up the soil in my somewhat smaller gardens, and it worked fine, as would a B3200. Nimbleness, or lack of it might start to be a problem with the L3400 in confined spaces though.
