Did a search and couldn't find a thread for stuff that we've found at sales. Last week I scored a whole milk crate of cordless drills for $5. Had 4 drills, 6 batteries and 4 chargers. I needed an 18v charger for my HF drill that died ages ago, so I should be able to make something work from this lot. Plus, one of them is an impact driver that works perfectly.
Today I got two non-op leaf blowers for a buck each, and a bubble tire balancer for $15. I know the guy that had the blowers, they aren't abused and I'm sure it's just a fuel problem from the corn gas, he's not mechanically inclined. Last time I had a tire balanced it was $11, so this will pay for itself the next two uses.
Post up your garage sale bonanzas and make us envious of your finds, and wish that it was cluttering up our shops.
