Everyone I've asked or talked too about futons have said they don't have one and didn't want one. So no experience around here to use. I need the bolts and the rollers that go in the slots for the hinging. The local Futon dealer doesn't stock any small hardware. He said he never had anyone need anything. No luck at any big box hardware store and no luck at any of the furniture stores. I do have a oak frame and the plastic rollers busted out and it wouldn't make up or down. The slots in the wood side members are fine, just the roller were broken. They are the what is called the double roller. I found the parts online for $20 apiece. A bolt "kit" $50. These are atrocious prices for what you get. I've looked into getting some rollers made from UHMW plastic and haven't heard back from the machinist yet. Does anyone have a source that's cheaper? bjr
