Futian Tractors

Kinda new to TBN, was curious what ya'll new about the Futian tractors. We have a local Suzuki dealer selling them and I ran into a guy whoo bought one. Just curious as to what people are saying about them. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

they are a NEWIER china import and as of this past early spring were in a snoot with JD and Ford NH: aobut the colors of their tractors, seems a blue one looked too much like the FNH ones so they FNH filed a law suit trying to stop them form importing them, anyhow they were changing the front end cowling to look less like the FNH brand. so lots of people have held off though the people who did get ones have liked them. Not sure if there is/are any futain owners who have owned anythign else to interdict or not? I've got a JINMA which is just aobut the biggest import brand as far as #'s are concerned.

the CTOA site is down becasue of worldcrossing upgrades going on 3 weeks... there are more futain info there . /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Ive got a 2540 Futain 2004 im trying to find manuals for it anyone got information on this

I believe the Futain was a rebadged Foton. Think the 2540 was a 25HP 4 wd.

I did a search for Futian on here and came back with this info from a thread

Futian (China) changed to Foton, now Lovol
Futian Leopard (China) now Foton or Foton Leopard
Futian Oubao (China) changed to Foton, now Lovol

So definitely looks like I was right it is a Foton. Now normally marketed under the Foton Lovel brand name. Not sure if the name change was because of the law suit by NH etc.

look at the older style Foton 25HP photos I think you will find they match your tractor. I think Tommy from Affordable tractors stocks parts and manuals for them.

My tractor is a 25hp,the engine is a Yangdong.is there 3 manuals that go with the tractor.

We have the manuals give us a call at 979-865-4002, the books will say Foton but they are the same tractor, you need a Foton 25hp parts book and a Yangdong Y385 engine book
