Fuel tank repair?

I have a friend with a Kubota M5040DT with a leaking plastic fuel tank. dealer wants hundreds for a new one. Anyone have suggestions on a repair or aftermarket source for a replacement tank? thanks

You can thermal repair the tank...
Fuel tank is a Rotational molded polyethylene. You will have to remove the tank and clean it.

Not a hard job... but like the video says... there is not going to be any other way to get a permanent repair... KennyV

sand the area lightly and goop it with "Seal All" ....it worked on my green tractor with yellow wheels.
