If Im going to mix fuel to oil at 50:1 . Does that mean for every 50 parts of gas i need 1 part of oil or is 49 parts of gas to 1 of oil.

Most hardware stores have little bottles that will do one gallon

It means jsut what it says 50 parts of gas ( can be oz ,gallons micro cenentermeters) to 1 part oil.
