Oil & Fuel Fuel in the winter

I know you guys have answered this a million times but I can't seem to find the post so I'll ask it again. What is the best way to keep my Kubota's fuel from getting moisture in it during the cold months? I know you got to keep the tank full, but there was a couple of other things to do as well and I can't think of them. Can you say them one more time?

I always use the 'Bota fuel conditioner (all year), keep your tractor tank full, and don't buy too much fuel at one time. I buy 5 gallons and I buy it from a busy station so I know (hope) it is fresh.
If you suspect that you have water in your fuel storage, you can use a special funnel that separates water from fuel. If you get water in your tractor fuel tank then the only real alternative is to drain the whole system as well as change the filters.
One thing to watch out for is getting water in the fuel tank when you refill. Watch the rain and snow.
You should be OK!
