Oil & Fuel Fuel Gauge - always full

My 6000 2wd's fuel gauge is stuck on full. While I thought I was getting extraordinary efficiency, looking inside the hole told me I was wrong. It appears that I may have a stuck float in there. Any ideas where it is and how to "UNSTICK" it ?
