When I bought my JD650 in the '90's, it came with an original chassis front mount blower. It worked great, but was a big job to change over to the loader in the summer - lots of frame unbolting and bolting. I modified the blower to fit the loader in place of the bucket. With some fiddling, it worked great. The driveshaft off the front still powered it. 'Lost it in a hangar fire last year. I bought a new JD1025R to replace it. No front driveshaft, so no front mount blower. I converted it to be three point off the back, and it works really well, and, I can keep a blade on the front loader too!
Your tractor will have to have a suitable driveshaft to the front, which is usually brand specific. I don't think there's a generic front drive the way there is a 540 driveshaft for the three point hitch accessory at the back. Thus, it may be a big challenge to find an "other than that brand" front mount blower, for lack of common attachment, and drive.
I second Bercomac, great people, if they have what you need. With a hydrostatic transmission, a rear three point blower works pretty well. It's just a pain if the transmission is manual, for lack of speed choices for blowing in reverse.
