Front loader compatibility

Hello, I have a ford 1720 with a 7108 front end loader. A way nicer new holland 2120 just came up for sale that I would like to buy but was just wondering if my loader will mount right up to that tractor. Thanks

I don't know. I don't know how many times I made brackets to put a loader on a different tractor. It can be made to fit if it kinda close in size.

That should fit but you'll need to measure. Those are same series. I'd mainly be concerned with rear brackets. Eyeball them. Check width of transmission where rear brackets go. Bolt hole pattern. Plus, you have your old brackets if you need to modify.

Those two tractors should be the same size. Mainly be concerned with rear mounts. Transmission width. Length should work. All we run is Ford's and I worked at Ford as a mechanic. There's lots of tractors and lots of numbers. I'm thinking those two are close. New Holland didn't change the tractors up, kept them the same.

The 1720 used the 7108 loader, the 7108 fit the 1320-1920. For the 3 cylinder tractors it used a 9600429 rear bracket, and a 9600438 front bracket. The 4 cylinder 1920 used a 9600682 rear bracket and a 9600675 front bracket. This definitively suggests that the brackets would need to be changed or modified.
