Front fenders on 5100e

Does any one know if fenders can be installed on a 5100e with 553 loader. John Deere site shows them but dealer tells me it can't be done. Does any one have a 5100e with 553 loader with front fenders installed. If so can you give me part numbers. Thans in advance.

Yes, you should be able to put fenders on the front because I've seen them somewhere while just browsing for my John Deere 5083e. They cannot be the pivoting type as they will hit the loader the first time you turn, break, and your out $500. You'll need to get the fixed type so they won't turn. I looked it up and this is what you'll need, BW15741. Hope it works for you. Its just under the loader as opposed to a part for the tractor.
