Front end Loader No Down Presure

I have a Koyker 160 FEL on a DF254b chinese tractor. Its about 3 years ond. The front end loader Has no Down pressure and will only drop by gravity. Everything else seems to work fine. Any body have any thoughts what is wrong? It has a single joystick style operator that controls all operations

If Everything else seems to work fine....... then it sounds like to me the joy stick valve is not diverting the fluid to the cylinders to lower,.. if the color bands are still on the hoses there should be pressure on the red one out of the valve when holding the joy stick to lower. Hooking a gauge up helps to trouble shoot.

Well it sounds like one of the arm cylinders is leaking by and needs to be rebuilt,we had a loader do the same thing and one of the pistons came off inside the cylinder.You can also try switching the hoses that curl the bucket to see if it;s possibly in the valve,if you switch them and it works it's the valve,if not the cylinder.I keep some Koyker rebuild kits in stock,we just need the cylinder size,1-3/4"or 2"

Just to let everyone Know in working with the tractor and FEL a little more and after e-mailing Koyker, (and them calling me back promtly and being very helpful) I have discivered that this Koyker loader has a down pressure mode if you push the joystick partially forward and a free float if you push it all the way forward (gravity).

The koyker rep informed me of this and that is the case. So if you have one just dont push it all the way forward and you will have down pressure.
