Hello.
I have gotten some good advise reading here and thought I may be able to contribute as well. I just picket up a very well maintained Cub Cadet 1641 with 46 deck, snow blower, triple bagger and snow blade.
We recently moved onto an acre that is a bit out of control from lack of maintenance and are working on getting it under control. I love the tractor so far.
I grew up using echo stuff and a commercial zero turn x-mark to mow my parents 3 acres of grass, getting used to actually planing my cuts for the turning radius now. I was spoiled. I have spent nearly 10 years doing field work in the oil industry and we have been in Colorado for about 4 years.
Now I need to pick up a string trimmer for those pesky fence lines and corners. any advise? have you had great luck with any of the battery powered stuff?
I picked up a stihl ms251 for clearing a lot of brush. tempted to stay with one brand but I have no loyalties here.
