Freedom Hitch

I picked up a Freedom Hitch at the equipment auction this week. It was the second lot of the day so I guess everybody was still asleep. I got 1 tractor end and 2 1/2 implement ends for $35. One of the lower brackets for the implement end was missing. I would like to have more implement ends. I wonder if I will ever see them at the auction again? Does anyone have any tips about setting up a freedom hitch?

I found two more implement ends and another tractor end yesterday. They were dealer demo units. One set was still bolted to the display stand. They were out behind the building rusting. I almost have enough pieces to think they may be worth something. I am going to start looking for some longer PTO shafts at the auction.

I am not sure which way the the brackets that go to the implement lower pins go. I thought with the tapered end down maybe they were intended as legs to hold the front of the implement up when not hooked up.

I found out the name of the local distributor. They may be able to tell me who else may have demo units out back.
