I need to know where I can download a free manual for a 1983 340 ford tractor. I need to work on my tractor and need to know where to get a free manual to look at. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about free but you can find some fairly cheapp online.
Google your tractor make model munual download. This should bring up something.

Sometimes one can find used manuals on ebay or other similar sites, and they are pretty reasonably priced, even with shipping. I have seen a few "downloadable" manuals for some equipment, just not sure how complete they are. I'd put the tractor in the search engine you use, along with the word manual. Sorry, that is as technical, as I get. Technology eveolves faster than some of us!
