Found out my delivery date was delayed

I found out this morning that my delivery date was delayed to some point in mid May /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif Odd that it was changed. No notification from Deere /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif my salesman was just checking status and saw a different date than what was originally given.

Guess I can make some good of it, the price will have to come down noticeably now /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif to make up for the extended $2200 loan.

hmmm, sounds familiar. This happened to me as well, I sat in the salesmans office when he called and explained he was losing the sale to a Kubota if they didn't meet the original date--machine showed up on time. Have you signed all your paperwork etc., already--if so this should put you in the ordered and paid group and give you some priority over units being shipped "generally" to the dealers for the showroom floor. Waiting still s**ks.

I got almost the same news today. My 2520 and loader are in, but the onramp mower has been delayed to May 10. Dealer is checking with Deere to find out why. They said I could get the tractor now, but since I'm trading in my x475, I guess I'll have to wait. My 3 acres could wait, but the other 2 yards I mow will not wait. JC

Same thing happened to me. The MMM 62D will not be delivered till May 15th. My tractor is in with the FEL, Rake, Box Blade. The back hoe 46 will not be in till April 24th.
They are going to deliver the tractor next week so I can use it.. then pick it up again when all is in. At least I can work and Play with it. Still have my Trusty JD 455 for mowing.

Anyone have the back hoe as yet? Works good?

Gentlemen I thought Deere had some kind of "4 day gaurantee" for delivery of a factory ordered machine? A customer of mine delivers Deere and Agco products and told me about this. I can't remember the exact number of days he told me but I was less then a week I believe. If this is true then Deere owes some of you some money!

I've never heard of the 4 day shipping, but if it saves me money, I doubt they would tell me about it.
The day before I ordered my 2520, they sold the one on the lot. They ordered the same deck 62d for it. It came in, but my next day order went from March 30, to May 10.
Maybe they are making changes. JC
