I am trying to add a two spool valve to enable rear hydraulics for a hydraulic top link and hydraulic leveler/tilt on a Ford/New Holland 2120. The two spool valve(s) I have are mounted on a plate with 3 ports... IN, OUT and PB. My tractor has a front end loader valve with 7 hoses - 4 smaller hoses control the bucket function. The other three are larger and are connected to a combination system relief and manifold valve. These three include...high pressure from the manifold valve to the loader valve, return to reservoir and return from (loader valve) to HPL port. If:
(1) I connect the return from loader valve (in bold bold above) and connect it to my new two spool valve IN port AND
(2) Connect the OUT port on the new two spool valve to return to reservoir AND
(3) Connect the PB port on the new two spool valve to the return from (loader valve) to HPL port on the combination system relief and manifold
Would this work? If not, any suggestions on an alternative way?
