I have a ford jubilee that has been running well. This winter I started it up but can't get it in gear while running. It's like grinding hamburger as the gears don't seem to mesh. It does go in gear when not running but won't start. I heard about shorting the NSS but I'm not familiar with that. Is there a picture or u-tube that shows how to do this? I presume the clutch is stuck but not sure. Harrisonite
