I am trying to trouble shoot a lift problem. the 3 point goes all the way up or all down no in between. it holds fine up . any thoughts?

any difference with the draft lever?

No difference moving draft control. Could a stuck draft plunger cause this. Lift lever all up the lift come up and will stay with a roll of hay no hiccups or bleed off but move the lever slightly down and the lift goes completely down.
