Ford Gurus.
Id like to get my tach back to working on the 7000 for spraying/spreading. I've got a new tachometer and cable, but the tach drive on the back of the pump is missing. It was removed when the pump was rebuilt because it was broken and just dangling off the back of the pump.
So, what are my options? Buy a used tach drive for $250 on ebay? Will the camshaft/oil pump gear driven drives from the 3 cylinders work on the 4 cyl. 7000? I have a few of those lying around.
