I have a Ford 641 Workmaster (so I think) I question it though because the hood says Ford 601 Workmaster, but the stamp above the serial number says 641. I have been looking at pictures of restored 641's and they all have Ford 641 workmaster on the hoods. Is it possible that these tractors originally came with a 601 decal on the hood but the actual model number i.e. 641 stamped above the serial number? If so then why does everyone put the 641 decal on when they redo them? If not then does anyone have an idea on why my tractor would say 601 workmaster and have 641 stamped above the serial number?
